Seller just added a buy-it now on this very clean and original 914-6. Is $90k a realistic price. My 34k mile all original '96 993 Twin Turbo would sell at only 10-15k more than this. I can understand $70k or maybe even $75k if I stretched but holy Sh%t!!

Are you looking at it as an investment or something to have fun with? My .02 is to build what you want and have fun.

Overpriced? Yes!

I hope he gets it. Is the rear bumper correct? Looks like it has a later bumper.

From what the pictures show this appears to be a very nice driver, probably in the 55-60K range. 90K is a show quality Six, top and bottom. . this car is no where near that quality . . . that being said, it will be interesting to see where this auction goes, ,

has wrong tools in tool kit, front turn signal lens on upside down, late model back bumper,

Yes that makes sense to me. If this was an all original survivor with great paint and 20k miles I'd seriously consider it at that price. As it is, someone with much more spare cash than me will make this purchase.

My grandpa once said: "boy, there's a fool born every day." I've believed him since. What I don't comprehend is how such fools make the amount of money being thrown at such unworthy automobiles like I've been seeing for too long. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif)

I paid $6,750 for my six in 1990. Good solid driver at the time. Made the mistake of telling my wife what they're worth these days and now she wants me to sell it and remodel the kitchen.

The Cap'n

Was only 6 Years ago. That same year I got another for $5,000, another for $9,000 and another for $17,000. I made $50k by the time I sold all 4.

Probably doesn't compare to getting a 1969 911S with every option for $8k or a 74 Euro Carrera RS for $400 - The S was totalled after I sold it but would be worth $200k now. The Carrera is Racing in Europe & is probably worth $300k. I probably made $10k Selling them

How many loaves of Bread do you get for One Krusty Kredit?

If you're sitting with Euros, that beautiful rust free 6 is selling for nearly 50% discount. Wanta bet it goes for asking price?
We should all be very glad these little bastard cars are highly valued now. It's about time.
