Yes finally got the front windshield ski rack clips complete.

Did you ever wonder what those 2 rectangular holes behind the main targa deal are for, or what should go there?

Test fitted the prototype and these fit nicely.

You might notice that the old ones kind of bow in. We made some subtle changes to the geometry and have reduced (if not eliminated) this tendancy.

Pictures to follow shortly is installed part.

To clarify. The GB is $8.92 a set. If we can sell 100 sets I can move these at $6.80 a set. These will not be ready for another 2 weeks so I'm hoping we can sell these at $6.80 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Is that the plastic insert that goes in the hole or the ski rack clip it self?

@Mikey914

Bruce,

They're the OE Rubber plugs that fill the L & R holes on the top of the winshield frame, when not in use for ski/bike/luggage racks' plugging into the holes.

Most have long since gone missing - so a welcome addition to 914Rubber's line.

Please put me down for 2 Mark, cuz I have no friggin' idea where I put mine! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Thanks for making these Mark.....one of mine is cracked. I'll take a pair.
Have you considered making the rubber sleeve pads that mount on the front ski rack clips. They help protect the paint on the windshield frame.

Those are nice, most are all warped or covered in paint.

Now please step up and build a reproduction rack already !!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've been looking for one for 10 years !
