Has anyone here ever had 4 lug Mahle or Fuchs powder coated bronze/gold? Im looking for some opinions here or some pics if anyone has ventured down this route. While the stock look is nice, I think a professionally done bronze/gold would compliment blue nicely. What do you guys think? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stirthepot.gif)

The gold wheels on Dave’s COTM look awesome.

That's close to the colour I had in mind. They look great on his car, I just wonder if it would provide a similar effect on a narrow body car with stock Mahles or Fuchs.

Love the color... I got the inspiration from the old campagnolo wheels on the group 4 race cars...

Plasticoat makes an antique gold which is almost a flat gold and looks fantastic. If you don’t like it, you can just peal it off in the first month or two. After that, just spray with WD40 and let soak for 5 mins and it comes off with a rag. It’s worth the $10 just to try it.

This color is actually called Bronze.
It's not on Fuchs (obviously) but it is a narrow body.
The wheels are magnesium and will be returned to a natural appearance.

Thanks for the pics guys. I really like the look of those gold Mahles. I may experiment with the gold plasti-dip as suggested. Will update the post with some pics if I try it out.

One of my favorites too.
Not often seen with 5 x 130 bolt circle.
I like that the 'spokes' mimic the shape of the 914 sail panel.

Nice wheels!
These have different width/offset?
Two have concave spokes and 2 have convex... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Rose gold as in Forgeline supplier of wheels to IMSA teams (like Porsche) / don't own an iPhone.

When the flat-fan car was not a flat-fan; narrow body 3L forced induction, rolling on 7x15" steelies (rattle can bronze) + slicks
