I need your help.
I'm in the process of converting a 1.8 to a 911s 2.7 cis. I'm using a 914/6 Maddogs bulkhead motor mount: https://maddogsmotorsports.com/shop/ols/pro...ead-motor-mount I know it will be difficult to fit the air filter and throttle body from the CIS, but I don't want to cut the trunk bulkhead. Please advise how you fit the entire CIS injection system into the 914. Thank you |

They do fit, Airbox and all. THe mount you are using may prevent that. I used the Naro style mount. I have since converted to triple webers but it fit.
The builder before me that had it on CIS did notch a very small area for the fuel distributor fuel line to clear. It was minor. There is another member here with a white car (can't remember his darn name, in the San Diego, CA area that has one that is extremely well done). CIS airbox and all. |
