I have two Bilstein jacks in my parts collection, and they are different lengths. Which one is for a 914, and what is the other one for?

It might help if you posted their heights.

Has anyone ever restored a later jack?

I know I'll never use it, but I have one for the ABM. It could use some touch up, but the handle looks like its firmly attached to the casing, which keeps the slider in the assembly.

I have the same question as original poster; and have the same two jacks. Short one is 17in., and longer is 20 in. The short one came with my '75 914, and the longer one is from a '72. I am wondering if one is worth more that the other, rarer, cooler, etc. Appreciate any info! Tom
