Actually, I just got back. Does this count as summer? The first nasty traffic I encountered was on 80 coming back. I was cursing Yopu for insisting we take the "fast" route. I could have actually moved if we had gone the 50 route and I love the curves! Very nice weekend up there.

Technically, we are not married to a round the lake route for the drive. Paul knows some gnarly driving routes up there...

What no calender? Summer starts when school gets out...try the westside highway to Tahoe City then....go ahead, I dare you ....maybe ok at midnight but not in the sunlight.....
