Very nice car, offered several times on ebay not sold yet.
Seems to be not easy to find a seller in the upper price area.

He describes it as an original six but says nothing about the original engine whatsoever nor does he provide a VIN number. Weird.

It's number 2029. (9140432029) just like it says in the EBay listing. And since he makes no mention of the original engine I think it's safe to assume it is not available.

Totally tired of this seller's CL ads in the Bay Area. Somebody buy this thing so we can move on.

As SirAndy once said about the car, it's a factory Six, but original? Not so much ...
The owner, Richard (Surf Monkey), is a nice enough guy, a little quirky perhaps (aren't all 914 owners?). The car has been on the market at least three years.

this guy's a yo-yo, who doesn't really want to sell - the ebay ad was first at $85k, and he "threatened" to raise the price to $95k is there was no buyer - idiotic selling strategy - he should have simply set a low starting price with a reserve, and see where the bids go - just my $.02!

Same BS a a guy here in NJ.
The green metallic car two months ago. A real 6, stock restoration.
Listed the car three times, gave real buyers a royal runaround, returned deposits, broke appointments, would not allow the car to be seen.
Drive it ? ...only with a big deposit.
Raised the 'buy it now' more than once.
Described the car as a perfect restoration ( it was good but not perfect and not runnng well)
A ruthless liar.

He has listed the car many times, just a couple of weeks ago at 20 million. Its also a lesson on how not to write a ebay add

And I thought Canadians were sane and grounded. Must be from Arizona originally.
$21,000,000 could be a wee bit high for that 911.
