that cross bar looks like a 911 one...
it certainly can be used for a 914-6 or conversion with a 6 cyl engine/carbs
the 914-6 OEM cross bar has an additional piece welded on the bar for the "dash-pot" diaphragm....see the picture attached...
what is the part on the bottom left of your picture....I haven't seen one of these
