I have some mechanical parts that are just taking up valuable space in the shop. July 2016 - The parts are in AZ now

1. A pair of early front struts with top caps, backing plates wheel bearings and decent rotors ... $100.
(Willing to sell an individual Left or Right side for $50. + shipping)

2. A pair of early front calipers (considered cores and probably should be rebuilt) ... $60.

SOLD Tail-shift transaxle

SOLD A pair of straight early rear trailing arms with front pivot shafts and wheel bearings still installed

All parts are as removed, will need cleaning, possibly new bearings and seals, etc.

Prefer cash and carry for the large items. Smaller items (actually all items) can be shipped at buyer's expense.*

Don't like the prices? ... make me your best offer biggrin.gif

Will post pix if requested ...

NOTE:

* New members get to obtain your own shipping quotes. Sorry, but too many newbs (that never bother to reply, ['yea' or 'nay'] after I provide them with a quote) have caused this to happen slap.gif

PM me and I will provide you with:

When are you moving to AZ? I want to have the next swap meet in Feb.
If you don't sell the big stuff before you leave you can drop it off at my shop and if it ever sells I will pay you.

Our lease is up at the end of March, Bruce ... hoping to have everything out by mid-March, if not earlier.

I appreciate the offer smile.gif

What's the difference between early and late rear trailing arms? confused24.gif
euro911
Erick, I don't know if there is a difference between the years, but these just happened to have come from an early car.

Are you going to sell them to me?
euro911
Mark, I replied to your PM(s), we're good ... I was just answering Erick's question 'early vs late'.
euro911
Is it just me?

I recently discovered that apparently there's a difference between folks stating they're "interested in purchasing" vs. "committing to purchase" (this stems from another member's recent F/S thread).

You were the first to express interest in the trailing arms and I will honor that, Mark - especially since the parts are currently in AZ, and I will be traveling to AZ to effect my part of the transaction in the foreseeable future. If you're good with all of that, so am I.

I'm sure we've all had folks who "committed to purchase" and didn't follow through as planned either - ask me how I know dry.gif

BTW, my 'rant' wasn't aimed at you, Mark, nor the seller in the other F/S I thread referred to ... just getting something off my chest cool_shades.gif

Was not interested in buying, just wanted to know if there was a difference.

Another member who is interested in the arms provided the following info:

"the early arms have a different tab on them for the brake lines. Also, the drain holes are not present."

We get to learn something new every day biggrin.gif

I purchased the trailing arms from Mark a couple years ago. They were a pain for him to ship due to size and weight but he didn't complain. I blasted and powdercoated and now they look better than new. Thank you Mark beerchug.gif

You're welcome, Mark.

I thought I had some pix - must be on my old broken phone's internal memory (which I can't access).

They're just your average complete/assembled early front struts with calipers & rotors that needing clean-up. Use as-is or rebuild and paint if desired. I'll post pix when I get out to AZ shades.gif

That's easy, Nick @frostyf ... they fit nicely in a USPS Large Priority Mail Box (anything up to 70 lbs). I believe they're still about $20. CONUS now.

I'll let them go for $45. shipped ($25. for the rotors, $20. USPS)
frostyf
That's great thank you, let me know when you want the cash and is paypal f & f okay? - what email do you use for payment??

Thanks,
Nick
