I use bus nuts and cheap evilbay caps.

show a picture, are they aluminum, steel, closed or opened ended.

That's what I thought. No sale here. I don't want 40 year old lug nuts.

I don't get in the car and drive to the PO for $20 anymore.

We just use old ones in the shop and then put new ones on when the car goes out the door.

I like steel open nots for my wheels.

Not much as others have said. Used one are usually beat up and have faded anodizing. I powder coat them satin black and use or sell them for $3 each.
