I wanted to start a new poll, but the clickable icon is gone.

I think someone polished the pole too well. I found it but it was kinda hidden

When you start a new thread, just under the field where you put in the title, you will see an area that says:
"Poll Options Click here to manage this topic's poll"

I think you cannot add a poll to a thread that already exists. Which is annoying...
