I have been working on my garage for couple of months. it was unfinished block walls with spiderwebs everywhere and one light bulb in the middle. NOW its supercool workshop, it is small about 10ft by 19ft, but its not the size that counts right?? Anyway I bought some framing studs drywall pegboard paint wire track lights flourescents etc, I probably spent about 2k including the garage cabinets and my cooler. I hope this inspires someone.

Heres ours, its basically finished, just doing some things inside. The 2 bays on the left will be ours, and the rest will be rented. If we ever need more space, all we gotta do is take up another bay.

I have been real lucky. I have a very very understanding wife We have a three car on the house and I get two bays for my "stuff". Then this last fall I was offered to go half on a 2500 shop. Only cost me $315 a month

Its full of shelves with car parts and work related tools and my 914 on jack stands being restored. My wife gives me crap about it all the time when she sees empty
garages in the neighborhood.

Here's an older pic of mine, have painted the exterior since...still no progress on the inside, it's on high priority for this spring/summer though.
Had something else to finish planning this past year that took up garage-finishing time (worth it though).

(and there used to be a 55 chevy bel air, and a 37 chevy streetrod)
and the car lift, beverages, and a few custom vette style golf carts
(now he needs a few porsches, and it will be the ultimate garage lol




mine however, if i can get a picture one day, has the 914, and a 94 yj body jeep (wrangler) with the lift, lockers, modified roll cage, etc

though my drumset is currently in place of the jeep

This is the problem with 914 drivers. Sure, you've got the 914 with the flares, but you're still using training wheels on your bike? You're going to have to lose the trainers to race!!!

Thanks, I love the Revolution. In hindsight, I'm glad I paid more for this unit that the cheaper ones out there. I have looked at some of those since I got mine and you can see where the Revolution is Beefier where it counts and if anything ever happens, I can get parts. I'm thinking I should get a discount on my Hurricane Insurance as this is now the strongest part of my house.

I kind of have a mess going on here. Some of the older photos, the mess is not as bad. Uhmmm......I need to clean shop. But I still am able to get a little done. Garages also need an old sink, so you can wash parts and not get yelled at.
