Excuse my ignorance, but isn't that the part number for a 19mm master cylinder?
Was there even a 23mm one made? |

I'm pretty sure it's a 23 mm as its stamped on the body of the master cylinder . I have have one on my car and does it stop also have 83 911 brakes too.

No, more is not always better. A 23 mm master will give a very hard pedal with little feel. Not a good idea on a stock brake setup. Uro has a bad rep regarding quality. That is the part number for a 19mm. The 23 is probably a mold number.
