Correct .... drives the smog pump on 75/76 2.0L. It can be removed if you are not running the smog equipment.
A/C drive pulley is behind the cooling impeller. |

Smog pump pulley, mandatory in CA for 75 and 76 cars to pass smog. Do not throw it away, they are valuable !
