Looks like its a diode. Specifically the for the oil pressure or alternator light. 41 on this diagram.

It goes to the e brake light on the top of the combo gauge. It.s a 73.

After looking at the diagram for the 73, I think it's still the diode. Prevents current from flowing back through the lamp into the flasher.
