914 fuel tank is leaking at one of the threaded spigots on the bottom of the tank. The threads are stripped. Can't repair them with a thread file. I've posted a picture. It is the fuel return port that doesn't have to be used as this 914 has carbs. Anyone know of an option to plug or seal off this port?

That is probably your best bet. Make sure to use a fuel proof sealant on the plug. JB Weld makes this:
