It is a Motorola. A poor radio a best. Sold and installed by VW dealers. Better off getting a Blaupunkt or Becker radio.

Thanks It look cool ? Yes it absolutely looks Cool + period correct ! Dealer installed a Motorola in my '74 when I picked up her up new. It Never sounded right...replaced it with a Blaupunkt and only sounded a little better. Finally did a wiring, antenna + speaker check-up; discovered that they installed a 4 Ohm (Lt) and an 8 Ohm (Rt) and the imbalance caused the bad sounds (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |
