Saw this today at my local Indy shop. ‘76, original paint…CLEAN! Didn’t think to look at the odometer. Magenta was the official color, I believe. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif)

Rennbow judges it as one of the rarest colors. It was also one of the colors chosen for the IROC cars.

First IROC, held at Riverside Raceway. Gordon Johncock had trouble keeping taildraggers on the track. Through the dust, this looks to be Magenta. FYI, my IROC experience can be found at this link: A day at the races, 1973

This is Magenta also known as Karminrot standard factory color from 74-77.
It's now gained unicorn status as nobody hardly checked that color.


Her name is 'Snowbunny' and is driven by @bosshog33 https://www.instagram.com/33bosshog/

Owner is Justin who recently moved down to San Antonio from Seattle -- he's arranging a few meetups in in TX now so be sure to reach out to him --- great car guy!

Not an expert, but it appears to be a very nice respray. Paint code plate seems to have a TINY bit of masking paint...
