Do all 75/76 cars require the original exhaust?
If everything else is present and functional, but the HE have been replaced along with the muffler, is that compliant? Rich |

75 is exempt for, smog check/visual inspection., 76 would technically need a carb number for aftermarket HEs and muffler.

75/76 had a catalytic converter. You could probably fabricate or modify the muffler to include one.
