What are the differences between the '70-'73 & '74-on fuel tanks ?

Are they interchangeable ?

the difference is after 74.....

75+ tanks had a plastic filler neck and a plastic expansion tank

I dont think so, My car should be a 74 and has the plastic filler and the expansion tank.

6/74 manufacture date
