I am trying to remove the clutch cable to drop my engine. However. the tabbed washer the secures the cable as well as the boot are too big to pass through the hole in the engine mounting bar. Do I need to remove the clutch cable from the pedal end, feed it through the tunnedl and out? What am I missing here?
Also, the emergency brake cables need to be removed for me to drop the engine. How do I do that? Thanks. |

The banjo goes on after the cable is installed Chuck. The cable fits through the bar and the sleeve cinches it into the bar snugly. The em brake cables are above the bar as well, the bar ends being the lowest part of the powertrain.
