The fuel pressure regulator has no effect on the pressure. It seams that no matter which way I turn the nut on the regulator there is no effect on the pressure. Did my regulator go bad? Right now it's at 32 LBS which isn't terriable but, I would like to drop it to the propper spec. Any ideas?

Sounds broken. If you can screw it in all the way without it affecting fuel pressure then it's ka-pooy. Engine is idling when you adjust, correct?
