[size=6]hi i bought a pedal cluster bushing kit from pelican parts and im having trouble removing the bracket. the 2 nuts on the bottom(toward driver) come right off but the 2 holding it down on top do not, it appears that they are spot welded in place, but i dont understand why that would be. anyhow, im no professional mech. but if anyone has done this and knows the procedure to get this bracket off id be glad to hear about it, as the instructions with the kit are little more than a reduced size schematic. thanks

looking at the PC from the driver seat - the two nuts you see are in fact the heads of bolts - remove the nuts from under the car, behind the steering rack - jack up the front of your car - it will be obvious then. the nuts also hold the brake master cylinder to the PC.
