It would be great to see all the Washington peeps again. Late July, early August sounds good to me (will be in Alaska Aug 14-22).

I'm hoping Greenie can make it, he owes me a door handle. I don't know why, it was just something I made up in my head that sounded good at the time. So I'm expecting he'll have one for me the next time I see him.

Repeat info from page 1:

Edit: Date is Sunday, August 8, 2pm

Location: 1427 Olympic View Dr., Edmonds, WA

Details:

You don't have to bring a Porsche to attend, but it's highly recommended. Any Porsche will do, even donor cars (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) .

We'll probably need to arrange for a portapotty. Donations accepted.

Food: Mr 242 is working on bringing a mega BBQ and he may have some special plans for meat, so stay tuned. I think we should go potluck style and have people bring another dish to share; salad, dessert, casserole, chips, etc.

Don't want to get over-organized for this, but if anyone has ideas for activities, etc., chime in.

Don't think I will be able to make it now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I was invited to drive a car at the SCCA NT that weekend. I'll still try though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Will need a head count on how much food to prep for this BBQ thing.....

I have the BINFORD BBQ and a couple other BBQ ways. Who knows what method I will use. So I figure I need at least 7 days lead on the total.

Thinking Atomic Buffalo Turds for sure! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chowtime.gif)

Will figure out the BBQ meat later.

You got it. I've edited the 1st post, listing everyone who has indicated they make it. At the moment that's 22 names, not counting spouses or kids. Please help us update/confirm the list so we've got an approximate idea.

Atomic Buffalo Turds? Will we need radiation suits? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chowtime.gif)

Look forward to seeing you and your wife. I'll add you to the list. Will you be bringing that gorgeous blue v-8? As far as food, bring your beverages and a favorite dish - casserole, salad, dessert, whatever. We'll have a kitty jar to cover expenses.

Being truly arbitrary, how does 2:00pm sound. That gives people coming from a distance time to get here.

Anyone have any other ideas on a start time?

I don't want to give everyone salmonella poisoning by bringing potato salad up from Eugene (5 hours sitting in direct sunlight in the passengers seat)
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif)
so please advise on what other item(s) I can bring besides $$$.
