I had thought about those walky-talky things. There ok as long as you are not too far apart. Cell reception after Vegas is shit (Verizion seems pretty damn good though). So chances are that may be our best bet. Or just use sign language. Put Ron on... I don't wanna talk to you. AND... you know way to much about Mo history. Sssup with that? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) And now, the rest of the story..... When I was young married white trash, I lived in the ghetto. Most of my neighbors and friends were of the Mo persuasion. For years they tried to convert me, even put a roof on my house. I never did give in. Later, in talking with the MFWIC of the ward, he told me that I was such a "hard case" they had decided to send all of their "missionaries in training" to my house to see if they could tolerate the abuse. I watched, with glee, all of the wonderful Joseph Smith videos and listened with intent to their pitch. At the end of each cycle I would comment that I loved their ideas..spirit world, 3 stages of Heaven, etc., BUT I wasn't giving 10% to nobody ('cept the good ol' US gubermint - somebody had to pay Zits' wages). Next.................... |

QUOTE You guys don't have to worry....I'll be going so fast I will be invisible and I'll trigger all the Radar guns...by the time they figure out what's going on, you'll all be safely past them. Bull Sh!!! You cant fool us! You are going to fly by them, distract them with a 20 minute discussion on why they shouldn't arrest you, just in time for us to catch up to your cloud of smoke that you left behind, and he comes back and accuses us of violating polution contol and gives all of us a ticket for depositing toxic waste into the ozone and then searches all our vehicle on the notion of "suspicious convoy". I like the Mesquite idea. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
The Cali peeps can get some rest and we can all caravan together. 6 AM. The Oasis in Mesquite. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) Rock 'n' Roll. That would put us in Moab @ 12 - 1 (the same as the other caravans). |

Think I'll go up to Mesquite on Thursday and get in some casino time. Only problem I see is running due east at the crack of dawn. |

Think I'll go up to Mesquite on Thursday and get in some casino time. OK. That settles it. The 2006 RRC will start on Thursday at the Oasis. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) I just checked and rooms are available for $29.99. I think the newer rooms in The Manor is where we want to be. What do you say to a gourmet dinner at Charmaine's around 8pm? Anybody else interested in joining us? The rest of the So Cal / NARP contingent can work out their driving plans and stagger in later in the evening. Vegas folks are encouraged to come up on Thurs night also, or you can roll out early on Friday. Can we all be loaded and ready to boogie at 6 AM ?
