The 1973 Corvette was built on a 914 chassis. ( well, at least a prototype )
The front of the car looked like a 77 Chevy Monza with 4 inset headlights. I'll try to find the British car magazine I first saw this in. The best article is in the British magazine " Classic and Sports Car " April 2006 , page: cover, 5 , 9 , 108 to 113. Lots of pics but nothing from the underside.
