PM sent to you Rick...I will hold the loose green for you (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Your right, I compared the one of each and my cars are slightly smaller...so I am guessing but maybe 1:72 scale perhaps..still the quality is much better than the matchbox cars. Glad you liked that set, they are kind of hard to find now in Japan as most of them seem to have been exported...I am keeping one set of unopened ones for myself and a pair of opened ones that my Daughter opened herself for my collection and will trade the last set...I can't seem to find anymore of the yellow ones and also have a loose but brand new unopened green one for Rick too if you need it Let me know what kind of a deal your looking for on that loose green one. I have one orange 6 and a second run Ravenna car I can throw in. It is darker that the first run cars. Probably not equal in value to your green car but maybe I can dig up something else to throw in the box. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/assimilate.gif) Where are you guys finding yellow cars. I had to custom paint one for the Buttercup Trophy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

They are the same size as the Matchbox cars, not sure of the exact scale...I think its 1:64, again the same size as Matchbox but the quality is so much better...they were made in limited numbers and came in 3 colors (red, green and yellow)....yellow is the hardest to find and each car usually sells on ebay for 15 dollars each (each, not a set)...I have one complete set I would trade and was hoping to get 3 Lesney cars and 3 orange cars unopened in the original packages and if possible a loose yellow car but may be pushing my luck. This is the only set I have to trade and haven't seen others here locally for a while but I also have a loose green one I can trade too if somebody doesn't need a complete set... Jamie, If you are still looking for a trade, I have 3 Lesney cars and 3 orange cars plus the mustard yellow car in the 10 pack. I can ship the entire 10 pack or just the 914. I can also add a couple of dark green or additional oranges cars for the extra green car and I will forward it to Rick. Rob |

How about in Canada? Do they have the orange cars yet? My Dad can't seem to find any..he has been searching all around but did find a couple of the dark green ones.
The Canadian ones have slightly different packaging on them than the US version I can't seem to find any matchbox cars here in Japan |

Out of the blue I have found two Lime Green ones now. Seems like everything has dried up now though. I must have gave away 8 Dark Green ones and can not find them any longer at all. This is what i have found to date and this is with a Monthly trip to Bentonville Arkansas when I visit WM corp office. The store across the street from their Corporate office is always in stock. Phillip Attached thumbnail(s) |

A friend scored me a Dark Green one & an Orange one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Then took me back to where she found them & scored the Yellow in the multi pack (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)
So I guess that I'm just down to the Blue too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

I was at a Target lately and saw a light green one so I guess there must be some still out there. I didn't buy it as it looked to be damaged or flawed during manufacturing. Plus I don't need another green one.
