I have one blue thing and it is the crown of my collection now. I hope to find another. There are things from both matchbox and from hotwheels.

at TRU. Where the hell are the 914's? Do east coasters get screwed over even on the little bitty ones? What's TRU? Oh, probably Toys "R" Us, duh..... Got it in one. I thought I'd seen that abbreviation earlier in this thread. QUOTE East Coasters can't find both rust free real 914's or 914 toy cars! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) What's up with that anyway? I found one, just enough to encourage me to spend last Saturday cruising up and down I-81 in my fool's errand. |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) Finally. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)
First 40+ stops = 1 lonely 914. Last night + this morning = 2 each at 3 Targets in a row. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) (I think I see a pattern) Gonna try my luck at the west side Targets tonight. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) |

I got one today too! I don't know how they stock these... at this Walmart, the Matchbox cars are always pitiful and picked over compared to the Hot Wheels cars. Yet I checked, since I was in the store. I found one lonely 914 at the back of the rack.

I hope you're satisfied when you can't recoup your investment when it comes time to sell that "mod-ed" car. Tsk, tsk. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Paul |

4 stores. 40 miles. 4 more teeners. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/santa_smiley.gif) That makes 10 in less than 24 hours. |
