Finally, found a 914 at the Snellville, GA Target. I picked it up along with the Ghia and a tan camo 181.

I collected Matchbox cars as a kid and my Mom saved them for me. Here's a blast from the past.

Type I, II and III

Trivia question: What color is the interior of the Matchbox 914?

Trick question. It's chrome, so it will reflect any color that is handy.

I got two more Saturday at the same store that I found one at three weeks ago. I like the new lime green better than the original green color.

So many of you have sent me 914s, what a nice surprise! What a cool group of people. I will take a pic of what I have as extras (not 914s) to 4 trade/etc.

Finally found one at Target. Just one. Looks great next to my hotwheels 917. The 917 is really my absolute favorite car in my hotwheels/mini car collection. Pictures later tonight.

I have an extra dark blue if you want it. I need a light blue and a yellow like Jim posted. I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a thing today (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Ditto on the 917 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The light blue thing appears to be a 2009 color.

The one I gave to Evil appears to be a NOS thingy.....

Lotsof orange things with black stripes, and safari wagons.

If anybody is looking for anything inparticular let me know. Got excited when I walked in a store today & saw a huge Hot Wheels supply thinking they had to have a lot of Matchbox too. Not so, only had about 15 Matchbox cars.
