I have a 914/4 1975 German spec, and my rear trunk lock is jammed.
Does anybody knows how to get into the trunk for make the repairs? |

Get a 4 foot long extension and open the engine bay lid and then push your socket through the gap into the trunk and unbolt the catch from the lid and then open!

But frustrate yourself to death with the socket extensions first, so the drilling doesn't seem so bad. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol3.gif)

A few months ago I was looking at a car for sale. When I pulled up the rear trunk mat there was a 5 inch square hole cut in the rear center of the floor.

I like that solution. It evables access to the rear trunk when the lock is stuck, and it drains weater from the trunk floor. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)
