Here is a picture with both a 73 dash and a 70 six dash.

Attached Image

Here is my modified dash made from the six dash frame, but with the vents. I spliced in the end with the vent on the passenger side, and opened up a hole on the driver's side.

Attached Image

Does that cover what you wanted??
