ok, below is a original Porsche 914 Part that i had never seen before.

My guess is that it is the cap that sits on top of where the rear control arms bolt in to keep water out of the thread area.

The "S" stands for sucker. It was a numbering system the factory came up with to keep track of their vehicles. It mounts just below the battery.
