Can't find the answer in the R/C threads, but does anyone now if there is a 914 body made for a 1/10 scale Traxxas chassis? I want to make one for my son.

I don't know the Traxxas chassis, but I know that the 1/10 body fits the Tamiya M-02L and M-04L chassis

these are M-02L kits:

58173: Volkswagen Beetle
58197: Porsche Boxster
58202: Mercedes-Benz SLK...
58208: Porsche 911 Carre...

these are M-04L kits:

58236: Honda S2000
58240: BMW "M" Roadster

no 1/10 scale 914 bodies for the Traxxas chassis.

The bodies I have here fit the M04l chassis suggestions mentioned above. there is also a bug kit that they will fit.

there's no kit for the 914
but there's a 914 body from Carsson that fits all listed kits above

I bought a BMW M Roadster kit and used it with the Carsson 914 body

I have the chassis, just need the body to replace the one on it (Nascar). Where did you get that one?

I found a Tamiya Club forum thread that talked about a 914 body. They said it was discontinued/no longer made.

there are repro-bodies available on eBay every now and then

I bought my Carsson bodies back in the day when they were available
someone told me that the repro bodies are not the same quality, but still good
