A guy I talked to had put 1994 Speedster seats in his 914.
How would this work size-wise (he said fine but he is shorter). I think they are mounted without rails. Anyone have a view point on this? Provide enough headroom for a tall guy? Thanks, |

I could be wrong but most folks say that 911 seats are way too tall (base thickness) for 914's. The geometry is quite different.
However, maybe the Speedster variants had lower seats due to the chopped windshield and roof? I dunno...but I figure seats from a very limited production, expensive 911 like that would not turn up at the pick-a-part very often (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) |
