How do you remove the fender and sail panel correctly?

Do I cut along the seam, or leave a little lip for welding security...........

Also what be the the best method for cutting a (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif) /die cutter/ or something else?

there is a recent thread (a month or so ago) where this was detailed nicely. try searching for it. looked like spot weld drill bit times 100 of so...
