I was perusing the factory manuals (isn't insomnia great?) and came across this section. Anyone ever seen one? I can't read the part number on it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Interesting. How would it splice into the wiring harness?

I wonder if this is one of those factory concepts that was never really implemented.

Were you reading the section on the 1.8L - L-Jet System? Based on the location it is mounted, that is what it looks like.

The one that I have is marked with the following numbers:

039 905 351

0 335 530 010

From the number it is a 2.0 part and will do some more research.

Ah yes, the L-Jet. Could be. I always forget about those. I really need to pick up a late model 1.8 someday and take it apart. Learn all the late model nuances.

I just pulled one off of a 76 2.0 this past Monday. The connector is part of the main injection harness.
