I love it. I hope the rumors are true about the RS version.

This thing should cost $50-60k, not 100. I want it. Baddly. -Ben M. |

IIRC, the UK versions typically have a 4-5k lb premium due to the right hand drive conversion, AND there is to be a lower hp version.
I love it...it's sexy! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wub.gif) |

Looks hot. I'll be interested when I can buy a 3 year old low mileage example for around $30K.

I like it, but it still looks like a 911 from a first glance. I guess I'm old school, I liked it better when you could tell them apart from a distance. What do I know, my next toy is going to be this Lil Guy from 1978 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wub.gif)

Very sweet car! I can't see the pricing being too far off of the Boxster. 300hp in that thing would really move. I bet we'll never get the RS version in North America, if it does happen.

Looks cool, I would love to have one, can't swing the $$$ though. So I guess I will put a 275hp six in my 914 and KICK ITS ASS when I see one on the open road. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif)

Nah ... that coupe looks perfect just the way it is. Just wondering what it'll be called, since "Boxster" is a collision of words ("Box" from boxer engine, "ster" from roadster). Boxoupe? Maybe 987C, 987C-S, & 987C-RS? |

The press day reports are saying that the "new car" being premiered by Porsche is the 997 Cabrio, not the Boxster Coupe. :-(
