I have this early 1970-71 e-brake handle assembly.
UPDATE There is a bushing present. It was painted over. I also added a clip. I have swapped out the ratchet bracket with a correct one with a hole Pivot bracket not included. Just showing there is a bushing present. thanks Bruce @bdstone914 $275 + shipping Pete Restoration Design |

Looks nice and that boot is hard to find. Is there a bushing in the pivot pin hole?
