Here we go again. If memory serves me correct, this is 4 years in a row at about 6 %.

I know this is not offsetting, but Pirate Ship (thanks MEpstein) seems like biggest discount…..Was using Parcel Monkey but kept having booking issues.

UPS has always been about the screw. I remember years ago when they did the "fuel surcharge" my UPS disclosed to me that UPS orders their fuel 3 years in advance to lock in low rates. So when they charge us more, it's just a gouge.

I’ve never used pirate ship, my go-to for shipping is fedex and parcel monkey for overseas ship. But if pirate ship is easier, I’ll give it a try next time.
I use fedex for day to day shipping since I can make up a ship label and schedule a pickup in a minute or two. Also have the many choices from ground to 8am next day. But for occasional shipping, the online services seem to work well.
Personally, I don’t get upset about shipping fees. It’s going to cost what it cost and it’s usually cheaper and faster than getting in my truck and driving to the location.

It's the only benefit left to selling on ebay, half price shipping. It almost makes up for the outrageous fee's.

I also use Pirate Ship. Ofttimes it is the same as eBay shipping.
You may have to click around on their site to get the best price shipping.
You have the option of using USPS or UPS, I don't know if they offer FedEx.

You will pay double or more if you pay at a UPS store. I ship pedal sets in a 10" cube box, 7 lb , short distance $8-$12. $20 to east coast
Try Pirate ship.

Just remember the "UPS Store" isn't UPS.
