Hi Guys,

The devastation of the fires in LA is unimaginable. So many people have lost everything and times like these really hammer home what's important in life...family, friends, pets and health. Of course, our cars add a lot of joy to our lives as well and I fear that many prized vehicles will be lost.

I think I speak for everyone when I say "we're here for you".

Please post and let us know if there's anything this community can do to help.

Let's keep our LA friends in our prayers.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Crazy how quick that took off. Sad to see destruction. I have never been to CA but it seems to get worse every year

Brentwood resident here - luckily (?) we were out of town until late last night and it was pretty nerve-wracking watching all this happen from a distance. Luckily, we're good here but not out of the woods just yet. Not by a long shot - but calm winds today certainly help. Keeping vigilant and sending good thoughts to those who were so much less fortunate. It's devastating for sure.

A friend of mine in the 944 community just posted a picture of his mail box on IG. That is all that is left of his property.
So heartbreaking.
Prayers for everyone effected by this disaster.

With LA being a foci for 914s, I imagine there will be some VIN deletions from the database. Let's just hope their owners and families are safe and secure. The aerial views of the Pallisades area look a lot like the post-firebombing photos of Tokyo in 1945-
unimaginable.

Had a chance to visit LA several years ago. We met up with the gracious 914world LA gang and drove the PCH from San Fran through Malibu. Incredibly heartbreaking, hoping everybody in the LA stays safe!

Having Grown up in So. Cal. I know how these fires can be. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who have been effected by these wild fires. Don't be afraid to let everyone here know if you need anything. It is times like these that the folks here step up, no matter what the need.

Prayers

Yeah - that broke my heart - along with Will Rogers home and the huge, round stables at Will Rogers State Historic Park. Ugh. The "list" is gonna be huge....

My condolences to everyone involved. 2025 is getting off to a really bad start in more ways than one. This is horrible & being an empath, I'm in a total state of shock. With all the horror & BS that's occurring now, my faith in God in being severely tested. The insurance companies won't pay up & the construction companies will try to rip everybody off. They don't care about the loss of life. It's all about a bunch of assholes who only care about $$$.

Thank God for my 4 dogs & 21 horses. They're such a source of joy.
