I removed my gauges and have now replaced them but the turn signals lights on the dash are not working properly. I notice the light blue and white wire from the right indicator light is not connected to anything. Should it be? I appreciate any guidance.

Pictures and information about which model year you have might be helpful, but at least here's a link to the wiring diagrams from Jeff's website. Hope that helps.
