Has anyone successfully replaced all the bushing on a tail shifter? If so, can you walk me through the process and where are all the bushings?

Make it simple, go here and buy this:

https://www.autoatlanta.com/Porsche-4-Piece...N-BMIS4000.html

Use this to tell you where they go:

Ask questions here - good luck,

I did this a few years back on my 70. I can't remember all of the steps but there are other threads on this. Check this one out. Makes a huge difference when done.
