After fabricating the profile, I cut a separate length to extend to the fenders and then formed some wheel opening flanges. Since the fender was not straight, I had to fill the highs and fillet the lows to match the the gentle "S" curve. I fabricated plastic coated cardboard plugs for the fiberglass intercooler intakes and then bonded them in the rockers.
