do the oil tank for a 914-6 conversion you know me - i do not care about asthetics. can't afford any after market oem style parts? jim cobbling up some kind of oil tank for a six conversion is harder than paying a little more and installing the aftermarket setup in the factory position. Dave at GPR sells a great factory look kit that is of course aftermarket and quite inexpensive. Please call him and ask, I think that you will be surprised! |

The only other alternative is to put a tank somewhere else. You might "save" money with the tank (might not), but the plumbing will quickly eat up and exceed any savings. The only way to go, IMHO, is to find stuff to go into the original spots.
