Is a tan interior worth more or less than black? I know less tans exist, but I'm guessing more people like black. It's in pretty good condition, except the door panels have speaker holes, and the "third seat" has one small cigarette burn. The "third seat" is kind of unusual, it has a hinge at the back, and one compartment with no divider... was this something only the tan interiors had or something?

Can't speak to the value of the interior but I can say that in my
'74 with a tan interior the center cusion is just like all the others I've seen.
(No hinge and the tray is divided into 2 sections).

What shape are the door panels in? I'm looking for a clean set to replace a set of worn panels for my '72. Could trade a set of black panels. [Have two complete black interiors].

The "third seat" you're speaking of is part of the appearance package that was standard on the '73 model and optional 0n '74 thru '76.

Started converting my interior to Black & Tan. Found some nice tan door panels, I think I paid $50 or $80 for them <_<

Looking for a tan back pad.....

Cool, sounds like I won't have much trouble selling/trading the tan stuff for black stuff (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'll clean it up and take some pics, and post it to the classifieds in a day or two.

Whelp, it looks like interest in a tan interior is less than I'd hoped. So far no offers high enough for me to turn around and buy a black interior. Since nobody who wants it seems to have really a really nice black interior to trade, I thought I'd add other things I need to the list of possible trades. The list is in the updated classified ad. If this doesn't work it'll either go to ebay, or I'll make do with a tan interior.
