I have removed the parking brake handle and found the button under the seat. It looks like the button was applied with some sort of epoxy mixture prior. What is the best product to use to apply the button back onto the hardware inside the handle?
Also the handle is held in place with a nut (missing) on the side. Does anyone know what size this nut is (metric or standard)?
Thanks for your help!

Thanks so much, I am very excited to be part of the forum and I got my 1973 914 w/a 2.0 engine last week, a long awaited dream.
Is there a recommended product to use to apply the button back onto the internal hardare within the handle?
