I thought this may be of assistance to someone. This part is not listed in PET but it looked familiar to me. I didn't see a listing in 914rubber. Checked it against the part I had and it is the same. It is used in the 356 and also as a brake pedal buffer in some 911's

Hope the info helps if not already flagged previously

You are correct. It's #28 in the drawings but shown without the buffer.
