Has anyone installed this? A friend gifted them to me and I want to make sure I have it right. It looks to me like the nut would replace the upper bushing and washer and the body would replace the lower bushing.

If you have them in hand, is the body, where it splits is it flush to the other half or is there a partial gap so it could sandwich the sheet metal? Seems like an awful lot to stack on top of the shock |

I just dropped mine off with the shop Friday. I am of no help but are you going to also do the through bolt bushing at the same time? I am.doing the race bushings as well to make sure they are of equalish stiffness.

Pretty sure your assumption is correct. Nut on the top side.

From Tarett:
The large nut sits on top and sandwiches the chassis against the mount. We don’t have a specific spec on that nut and it is a bit hard to hold the mount once it is in the shock tower. An impact is the easiest way to get it tightened. |
