AM = Aluminum (or Alfa) M-caliper
Brembo made these for Alfa Romeo's They have 3" bolt spacing, and work with a 20mm rotor like an M-caliper, but have a piston size and pad similar to an S caliper. They are lighter than an S caliper too, making them a great solution for 914 upgrading using 914-6 or 911 struts with 3" spacing. If you are thinking about this option, look for struts with wedge pins for the ball joint. |
