Don't ask, but project #4 is underway. a decent 1974 model without mountains of rust. More pics to follow, but I discovered this yesterday

So goes it. The floors are very good (appear to be), the longs need some small patches including the jack posts,.......

I don't know how some mechanics sleep at night. This "repair" could never have worked properly (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The rearmost portion of the drivers side quarter panel was replaced with a resulting poor lap weld complete with pop rivets as part of the "repair". The blue is the paint color of the repair panel.

This beauty also needs a new trunk floor, I am thinking to open it up and maybe get a good look, also remove the patched in quarter panel and make the proper connections.

I was hoping this was going to be a simple fix (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)

Exactly, the trunk floor is also toast. Hoping once I get all of the crap out of the way, things will be more clear

PPI is always a good thing. I came across this one from a former enthusiast who came down with dementia. Last registered in 1990 New York, overall she is solid and I couldn't pass it up for $700. got a bunch of 911 parts with the sale.

There are a couple "minor areas of rust" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) if there is such a thing
